Also all hybrid trailers are designed for younger people because of the effort in raising the bunk ends to close them. Rockwood roo expandable hybrid travel trailers. I am looking at the jayco 23j or 23b or one of the roo 23 s. Not sure whether the purpose of these are to hold the mattresses in place and not be detached even when bunk is to be folded close.

For some reason forest river failed to put a gutter to keep water away from the bunk end seal. I also added a rain gutter above the side bunk to hold the pipe. Forest river needs to come up with a j channel over the top of the bunk end or change the design of the seal construction. I tried to use a foam rubber weatherstripping over the frame.
