To do that start by fastening the ceiling frame to the studs and to the ceiling.
Measure and cut the cabinet door trim to size and drill 3 4 pocket holes in the ends of both vertical trim pieces.
Do this for both doors.
This will give you two 3 feet wide cabinets on the ends and a 2 foot wide cabinet in the middle.
Set the cabinet aside and begin building the cabinet doors.

You will need to cut shelves to fit in the cabinet and then attach the doors after the glue is dry on them.
Attach the top of the cabinet to the ceiling following the same procedure using a stud finder to locate the ceiling studs and driving nails through the plywood in the ceiling studs.
Install cabinet knobs or pulls after the doors are in place to make drilling a hole in the wrong location just about impossible.
You could also build the cabinet tight to the ceiling but you ll have to reverse the order of construction.
